These are the core questions DISCvision deals with. The DISC model is the start of the research into the drivers and bariers our clients encounter in their markets. DISC is a validated international accepted model to gain more insight in the personality and communication skills of people. The model is used for HRM purposes. The DISC-lifestyle tool, developed by DISCvision, combines DISC insights with the behaviour of people in their day to day business. The insights of DISCvision are gathered by using the DISC-lifestyle tool in our marketresearch activities.
